A Minnesota man was locked up Tuesday night after he allegedly hit his girlfriend in the head with a burrito. The Duluth News Tribune quotes the woman as saying the suspect, Troy Hansen, got mad when she didn't give him a cigarette and proceeded to give her a taste of South of the Border upside her head.

The unidentified woman called police, and officers found her head and shoulders covered in burrito toppings. 

Police say Hansen, who admitted having had six pints of beer, was charged with gross misdemeanor domestic assault and re-sentenced for a probation violation on a misdemeanor DWI conviction from earlier in the month. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
